1. Why We Have This Policy

Our services involve significant time and AI processing costs. Once work begins on your project, those costs are incurred and cannot be recovered. This policy exists to be fair to both you as the customer and to us as a business.

We are committed to delivering quality work and will always do our best to resolve any issues before processing a refund.

2. Full Refunds

You are entitled to a full refund if:

8. UK Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel a digital service within 14 days of purchase, unless the service has already been performed with your agreement.

By providing your book brief and requesting us to begin work, you acknowledge that performance of the service has begun and your cancellation right may be reduced accordingly.
