2. Our Services
Hustle Audiobooks provides AI-powered audiobook production services, including:
- AI-generated manuscript writing
- AI narration using text-to-speech technology
- Audio processing and formatting
- Cover design creation
- Distribution guidance
All content produced by Hustle Audiobooks is generated using artificial intelligence tools. You acknowledge this when making a purchase.
3. The Production Process
Once you purchase a package, you agree to the following process:
- You will provide us with your book concept, outline, and requirements via email
- We will produce an AI-generated manuscript and send it to you for review
- You are responsible for reviewing the manuscript fully before approving narration
- Once you approve the manuscript, we will proceed with narration and production
- We will deliver final files digitally via email or file transfer
4. Your Responsibilities
By purchasing our services, you agree that:
- You will review all content thoroughly before approving it for narration
- You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of the final content
- You will disclose AI-generated content and AI narration to distribution platforms as required
- You will comply with all terms and conditions of any distribution platform you use
- You will not use our services to create content that is illegal, defamatory, plagiarised, or infringes on third-party rights
- You own or have rights to any materials you provide to us as part of your brief
⚠️ You are solely responsible for ensuring the content we produce meets platform requirements and does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you own the copyright to the final manuscript and audio files we deliver to you. We retain no rights to use, distribute, or reproduce your content without your permission.
We may, however, use anonymised project details as case studies or examples in our marketing materials unless you specifically ask us not to in writing.
You grant us a licence to use any materials you provide to us solely for the purpose of completing your project.
6. AI Disclosure Requirements
You acknowledge and agree that:
- All manuscripts are AI-generated and must be disclosed to distribution platforms
- All narration is AI-generated (text-to-speech) and must be disclosed accordingly
- Different platforms have different disclosure requirements - it is your responsibility to comply with these
- Some platforms may reject or restrict AI-generated or AI-narrated content
- We are not responsible for rejection by any distribution platform
7. Turnaround Times
We aim to deliver manuscripts within the following timeframes from receipt of your full brief:
- Starter Package (up to 15,000 words): 3-5 business days
- Standard Package (up to 40,000 words): 5-7 business days
- Premium Package (up to 80,000 words): 7-10 business days
These are target timeframes and not guaranteed delivery dates. We will communicate any delays promptly. Final production files are delivered within 5 business days of manuscript approval.
8. No Income Guarantee
⚠️ We make no guarantees regarding income, sales, or commercial success of any audiobook produced using our services. Your earnings depend entirely on your marketing efforts, niche selection, and platform performance. We provide production tools only.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, Hustle Audiobooks shall not be liable for:
- Any loss of income or revenue
- Loss of business or profits
- Rejection of content by distribution platforms
- Any indirect or consequential losses
- Any errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated content
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant service.
10. Prohibited Content
You may not use our services to create content that:
- Is illegal under UK or international law
- Is defamatory, harassing, or abusive
- Infringes third-party intellectual property rights
- Contains explicit adult content or material harmful to minors
- Promotes violence, discrimination, or hate speech
- Is intentionally misleading or fraudulent
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order we believe violates these terms, with a full refund issued.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
